Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking or receiving services from Aquarius Massage Oasis LLC ("we," "our," "us," or "Aquarius Massage Oasis"). By booking an appointment or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Aquarius Massage Oasis provides mobile massage therapy services in Henderson, Nevada, and surrounding areas. We specialize in Swedish, Therapeutic, and Deep Tissue massage, along with various add-on services. All services are performed by licensed massage therapist Lorena Loza (NVMT 13376 | NV2025346978).

 

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Services are available to individuals aged 16 and older

  • Clients aged 16-17 must have written parental or guardian consent present at the time of service

  • By booking our services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements

 

Booking and Reservations

  • All appointments must be booked through our MassageBook booking system or by phone

  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation

  • Full payment for services is due at the completion of your massage session

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit

  • The deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

  • We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances

 

Travel and Service Fees

  • Standard pricing applies to services within Henderson and immediate surrounding areas

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area based on distance

  • Travel fees vary depending on the service type and location and will be clearly communicated when booking

  • Hotel outcall services may incur additional fees

 

Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include those processed through MassageBook

  • Deposits are required at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance is due immediately following your massage session

  • Prices are subject to change but will be honored at the rate confirmed at booking

 

Health and Safety Requirements

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information on your intake form

  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect massage therapy

  • Inform the therapist immediately if you experience discomfort during the session

  • Follow any pre- or post-massage care instructions provided

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • You have a contagious illness or infection

  • You have certain acute injuries or medical conditions that contraindicate massage

  • You have consumed alcohol or drugs prior to your appointment

  • You engage in inappropriate behavior or conduct

 

Contraindications

Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain conditions. Please inform us if you have:

  • Fever or contagious illness

  • Open wounds, rashes, or skin infections

  • Recent surgery or severe injuries

  • Blood clots or deep vein thrombosis

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Acute inflammation or severe pain

  • Recent fractures

If you are pregnant, have cancer, or have other serious medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking massage therapy services.

 

Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Massage therapy is generally safe but carries minimal inherent risks

  • You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with receiving massage therapy services

  • We maintain professional liability insurance but are not liable for injuries resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information or follow care instructions

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

 

Professional Conduct

  • All services are provided in a professional, ethical manner

  • Inappropriate requests, comments, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

  • We maintain strict professional boundaries in accordance with Nevada massage therapy regulations

 

Mobile Service Requirements

When receiving mobile massage services, you agree to:

  • Provide a clean, safe, and appropriate space for the massage

  • Ensure pets are secured and will not interfere with the session

  • Provide adequate parking or access to the location

  • Notify us of any access issues, stairs, or other relevant details when booking

 

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and communications, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Aquarius Massage Oasis LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

 

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clark County, Nevada.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
